Master of Science in International Relations (MSIR)

The Master of Science in International Relations degree program is designed to offer the graduates of diversified undergraduate programs an opportunity to obtain proficiency in international relations. Topics include: foreign policy analysis, defense and security policy, comparative politics, regional and state specific studies, international economics, and specific instruments of international affairs such as international organizations and international law.

10-Course Option Concentrations:

• International Affairs
• National Security Affairs
• Regional Affairs

After a new student completes an online Application for Admission, they are prompted to complete the Online Advisement Form (also called the Degree Plan) for their respective program. This form is part of the Admissions process, and is sent to the respective advisor for that program. This will assist the advisor and the distance learning staff in guiding students through their program of study.
